Do you recognize yourself?

  • Good interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with your colleagues and our customers;
  • Knowledge of best practices and management tools in corporate responsibility;
  • Ability to translate analysis results into recommendations and concrete actions;
  • Ability to manage priorities, autonomy, initiative and creativity;
  • Problem-solving, analytical and information-seeking skills;
  • In-depth knowledge and proven expertise in the majority of AGÉCO Group’s corporate responsibility activities;
  • Knowledge and experience in the application of CR standards, such as GRI, SASB, ISO 26000, CDP, TCFD;
  • Excellent French and English (oral and written);
  • Bachelor’s degree (or any higher) in science or engineering, environment, sustainable development, management or equivalent

The incumbent will act as an expert consultant and project manager. He/she will play an active role in carrying out and managing a variety of projects aimed at helping companies integrate sustainable development concepts into their business plans and make decisions using strategies and tools based on the life cycle approach.

Reporting to the Vice President of our CR department, the incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Participate in personalized support for our clients in the integration of corporate responsibility and ESG practices into their business plans, including the facilitation of work sessions;
  • Coordinate projects carried out by analysts and consultants under his/her supervision;
  • Write reports and make presentations in a format adapted to the needs of our customers and intended for internal and external audiences;
  • Contribute to AGÉCO Group’s global service offering and supporting the management team in actively canvassing and preparation service offers;
  • Complement AGÉCO Group’s multidisciplinary team in carrying out various projects aimed at supporting the implementation of corporate responsibility and ESG among its customers;
  • Develop customized solutions and tools for implementing corporate responsibility (e.g.: action plans);
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and business partners;
  • Represent AGÉCO Group at events.
