Our hiring process at a glance

Telephone interview.

We liked your profile and your CV, so we would like to have an informal conversation with you to discuss your motivations and the role you could play as part of our team as well as answer any questions you may have.

In-person or video interview.

The next step is meeting with a manager to learn more about your experience, your aspirations, and what you are looking for in your future work environment.

Setting the scene.

Next, we’ll take you through an exercise so you can get a taste of the role you could play at Groupe AGÉCO. This step allows you to showcase your skills and abilities.

Meeting with the team and management.

 In order to confirm that your personality and that of our team members are a good match, we will set up a short meeting where you can meet a few of the people you may be working with closely.

Employment contract.

If the first steps go well for everyone, then we think that you and Groupe AGÉCO would make a good team. Now it’s time to agree on the employment terms that will govern your role within the company.
